Today's movies mark the birthdays of Dennis Weaver and King George III and a UN day.

as Lead Actor (1974, 1975).  Weaver was born
June 4, 1924.

is a dramatization of the life of
King George III, born June 4, 1738.
This movie won an Oscar for Art Direction/
Set Decoration.  It is set in the late
1700s.

Mea Maxima Culpa:  Silence in the House
of God (2012) is a documentary about priests
and child sexual abuse, especially the case of
Lawrence Murphy who taught at former St. John School
for the Deaf in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, from 1950 to
1974.  This film won Emmys for Writing, Picture Editing,
and Exceptional Merit.  June 4 is United Nations International
Day of Innocent Children Victims of Aggression.
