soldier hunted by the Army after the Civil War.

on America's old west and his part in it.
Based on a novel by Thomas Berger.
It stars Dustin Hoffman as Jack Crabb.
Hoffman was born August 8, 1937.  This
movie is on the National Film Registry.

Straw Dogs (1971) is a violent film
about a pacifist and his wife in an isolated
English village menaced by hooligans.
It is a very good movie.  It stars Dustin Hoffman,
born August 8, 1937.
