LA 92 (2017) is a documentary about
the 1992 Los Angeles riots from April 29
to May 16. The riots were a reaction to the
acquittal of policemen charged in the beating
of Rodney King and also the death of Latasha
Harlins- shot March 16, 1991, age 15. This movie
won an Emmy for Exceptional Merit in Documentary
Filmmaking.
