Today's movies mark the birthday of Buster Keaton, International Day of Older Persons, and World Space Week.  Which of today's selections would you watch?

Keaton tries to be a detective and even
enters a film.  Keaton was born October
4, 1895.  This film is on the National Film
Registry.

a family visiting an elderly relative
in a nursing home.  October 1 was
International Day of Older Persons.

Balance (1989) is a surreal animation about five
persons "balancing" on a platform in
"space" (not necessarily outer space).  This film
won an Oscar for Best Short Animated Film.
