won an Oscar for Original Story by Robert
Lord.  It stars Kay Francis, born January 13,
1905.

White Fang (1991) is a Disney movie
about a young Alaskan prospector and the wolf-dog
he rescues.  This movie is good for children and
adults.  It is based on the Jack London tale; London's
birthdate was yesterday, January 12 (1876).  This movie
has a sequel, White Fang 2:  Myth of the White

Radio Days (1987) is a nostalgic
look at growing up in 1940s Queens
and radio.  It is a Woody Allen
film.  The anniversary of radio
broadcasting is January 13, 1910.
