The Official Story (1985) is a family
drama set against the backdrop of
tumultuous times in Argentina.  The movie
won an Oscar as Best Foreign Film.

Forrest Gump (1994) is the story
of a slow boy with some exceptional
attributes who grows up during the
baby boomer years (1944 to 1982) and is
present at many historical events.  This inspiring
film won Oscars for Best Picture, Best Actor-
Tom Hanks, Best Director, Writing, Film
Editing, and Visual Effects.  The movie is
listed on the National Film Registry.  It features
an American Film Institute Quote, "My mama always
said life was like a box of chocolates.  You never
know what you're gonna get."  The star of the movie,
Hanks, was born this date, July 9, in 1956.

O.J.:  Made in America (2016) is the
story of OJ Simpson, from football star to
movie star to on trial for murder.  This film
won an Oscar for Documentary Feature.  OJ
was born July 9, 1947.
