a antebellum Southern belle.  Bette Davis,
born April 5, 1908, won an Oscar as Best Actress
and Fay Bainter, born December 7, 1893, won an
Oscar as Best Supporting Actress.  The movie is
listed on the National Film Registry.

Boys Town (1938) stars Spencer Tracy,
born April 5, 1900, as Father Edward
Flanagan, included on the American Film
Institute Heroes list.  This inspiring
movie about a reform school won Oscars
for Best Actor, to Spencer Tracy, and
Original Screenplay.

The Yearling (1946) is a drama about
a boy and his pet deer and family dynamics.
This beloved movie stars Gregory Peck as the
father.  Peck, born April 5, 1916, won a Golden
Globe for Best Actor.  The movie won Oscars
for Cinematography and Interior Decoration.
