Today's movies mark the discovery of King Tut's tomb, the birthday of Will Rogers, and Election Day.





The Mummy (1932) is a horror classic about
a mummy that comes to life.  Today is the
anniversary of the discovery of King Tut's tomb
in Egypt, November 4, 1922- possibly the
world's most famous real mummy.  There have been
many Mummy movies.

The Story of Will Rogers (1952) is the
story of the acclaimed cowboy entertainer
turned humorist and social critic.   Rogers
was born November 4, 1879.

The Last Hurrah (1958) is about an old-time
political boss running for mayor of Boston.
Election Day, November 7, is just three days
away.
