Today's movies mark the birthday of classical pianist Aaron Copland, International Girls Day, and the birthday of author Astrid Lingren.

America in the 1990s.  Today is

of a nine-year-old girl in her neighborhood.  This

world's strongest girl by Astrid Lingren, who
was born November 14, 1907.
